Traffic is still heavy from the top of the West Gate Bridge through to Grieve Parade.
Delays are easing quickly with all lanes now open and the speed restored to 100km/h.

The truck will need to be removed and as a result the two left-hand lanes will need to remain closed for safety reasons.
VicRoads advises that delays already stretch back to the Domain Tunnel. The left-hand lane has also been closed through the Domain Tunnel.
Drivers should consider alternative routes such as Footscray Road.
