Updated: Two left-hand lanes still blocked outbound just after Millers Road due to a vehicle rollover
VicRoads Incident Response Service, Police and Tow Services are on site.
A utility with a trailer has rolled over just after the Millers Road entry ramp outbound.
The two left-hand lanes are expected to remain closed for the next 2 hours. Traffic is starting to build from after Williamstown Road through to the incident.

Updated 2:56pm: Two left-hand lanes still blocked outbound just after Millers Road due to a vehicle rollover.
Traffic is experiencing major delays outbound from just after the Bolte Bridge through to Millers Road.
VicRoads Incident Response Service, Police and Tow Services are still on site.
The two left-hand lanes are expected to reopen in approximately 30 minutes.
