One lane is still able to pass the scene southbound on Spencer Street.
Westbound traffic on Flinders Street is still being diverted, with traffic controllers on site.

There are some delays on Queens Road for vehicles travelling northbound as a result.

UPDATE, 1.52pm: The truck has now been righted after it rolled near the rail bridge near Flinders Street.
One lane is now open southbound on Spencer Street, traffic is now able to go under the Bridge.
Northbound traffic on Spencer Street are able go straight under the Bridge or turn left at Flinders (they cannot turn right at Flinders Street).
Westbound traffic on Flinders Street is still being diverted at Kings Way, with traffic controllers on site.
Eastbound traffic on Flinders Street are able to go straight or turn left at Spencer Street (they cannot turn right at Spencer Street).

Northbound traffic on Spencer Street are able go straight under the Bridge or turn left at Flinders (they cannot turn right at Flinders Street).
Westbound traffic on Flinders Street is still being diverted at Kings Way, with traffic controllers on site
