The truck has now been removed from the site, although due to safety concerns the left-hand lane will remain closed overnight for repair works. VicRoads advises that delays stretch to Toorak Road on the Monash Freeway. The left-hand lane is still closed through the Domain Tunnel to help ease congestion and allow access for Emergency Service vehicles. Drivers should consider alternative routes such as Footscray Road.
