VicRoads advises drivers to expect very heavy delays starting from the Domain Tunnel.

The second left-hand lane has now been temporarily opened.

UPDATE, 5.06pm: Three left-hand lanes now blocked outbound near Millers Road due to the truck breakdown
This leaves only one lane are able to pass the area.
VicRoads Incident Response Service, Transport Safety Services and Police are on site
The truck is currently being removed by heavy haulage tow trucks therefore the lanes will need to remain closed for safety reasons.
VicRoads advises that delays already stretch back to the Domain Tunnel. The left-hand lane has also been closed through the Domain Tunnel.
Drivers should consider alternative routes such as Footscray Road.

Two running lanes are currently open.
The truck has now been removed from the site, although due to safety concerns the left-hand lane will remain closed overnight for repair works.
VicRoads advises that delays stretch to Toorak Road on the Monash Freeway. The left-hand lane is still closed through the Domain Tunnel to help ease congestion and allow access for Emergency Service vehicles.
Drivers should consider alternative routes such as Footscray Road.
