A utility with a trailer has rolled over just after the Millers Road entry ramp outbound.
The two left-hand lanes are expected to remain closed for the next 2 hours. Traffic is starting to build from after Williamstown Road through to the incident.

Traffic is experiencing major delays outbound from just after the Bolte Bridge through to Millers Road.
