Two left-hand lanes blocked outbound and speed reduced to 40km/h from Glenferrie Road to Tooronga Road due to earlier debris on the road.
CityLink are on site.
The left-hand lane is also closed through the Burnley Tunnel (to Glenferrie Road) as a result of the Monash Freeway closure.
Traffic is heavy from the West Gate Freeway through to Tooronga Road.

VicRoads Incident Response Service, Police and Emergency Services are on site. Melbourne Fire Brigade have left the site as the fire has been extinguished.
Traffic is still heavy from before the Eastern Freeway through to Johnston Street.
