Two left-hand lanes blocked outbound just after the Burke Road exit ramp due to a truck breakdown.
VicRoads Incident Response Service are on site.
Heavy haulage are on the way to site.
The speed limit has been reduced to 40km/h on approach and adjacent to the breakdown.
