UPDATE, 6.00pm: Road still closed northbound after the crash/truck roll-over at the Albert Road intersection.
Police have closed Kings Way northbound at Queens Road, Albert Road and Toorak Road and Queens Road at Lakeside Drive.
All northbound traffic is advised to use St Kilda Road and Beaconsfield Parade.
All lanes open southbound.
VicRoads Incident Response Service still are on site assisting Police with traffic management.
Heavy haulage tow truck is on site . Crews are also attempting to remove the truck's load from the road.
VicRoads advises drivers to expect heavy delays for traffic in both directions.
Drivers should allow extra time if travelling through this area.

Batman Avenue and Punt Road exit ramps.
Batman Avenue and Punt Road exit ramps from the Monash Freeway (CityLink) will be under Police control due to increased in traffic in the area for the Collingwood Football Club public training session at Gosch's Paddock.
Drivers in and around the CBD should also be aware of the increased congestion and pedestrian activity associated with the Grand Final Parade.
Traffic is also expected to be very heavy on roads surrounding the MCG precinct - including Punt Road, Hoddle Street, Bridge Road, Swan Street, Brunton Avenue, Olympic Boulevard and Batman Avenue.
VicRoads and Police are also asking drivers to be aware of increased pedestrian activity in the area.
Those wishing to attend the event are advised to use public transport.
