UPDATE, 10.07am: Southbound traffic is being diverted down Normanby Road.
One right-hand lane is still blocked northbound due to a truck colliding becoming lodged under a bridge near Gladstone Street.
The truck has also spilled debris across the road

UPDATE, 12.23pm: One lane now open southbound, left-hand lane still closed while heavy haulage tow truck loads the vehicle.
Northbound lanes all open after a truck collided with a bridge near Gladstone Street.
All debris has been cleaned from the site.
