Road closed between Yarra Street and Coppin Grove due to a burst water main.
Yarra Valley Water are on site.
Traffic is being diverted onto Isbella Grove, then down Shakespeare Grove/Coppin Grove and back onto Burwood Road.
The works are expected to continue into the afternoon.

Yarra Valley Water are on site repairing a burst water main.
Traffic is being diverted onto Isbella Grove, then down Shakespeare Grove/Coppin Grove and back onto Burwood Road.
The works are expected to continue until later this afternoon.

Road remains closed between Glenferrie Road and Auburn Road as emergency water works continue.
Barkers Road and surrounding arterial and local roads are expected to be heavily congested again this afternoon during school time and peak hour traffic.
VicRoads encourages drivers to use alternative routes such as Riversdale Road and Cotham Road where possible, or if drivers do need to travel towards the closure, to allow a significant amount of extra time for their journey.
VicRoads will be are adjusting traffic signals to assist with traffic flow.
