Traffic is very heavy from before the Point Cook bend (Princes Freeway West) and Fitzgerald Road (on the Western Ring Road) through to Grieve Parade.

A utility with a trailer has rolled over just after the Millers Road entry ramp outbound.
The two left-hand lanes are expected to remain closed for the next 2 hours. Traffic is starting to build from after Williamstown Road through to the incident.

Traffic is experiencing major delays outbound from just after the Bolte Bridge through to Millers Road.
VicRoads Incident Response Service, Police and Tow Services are still on site.
The two left-hand lanes are expected to reopen in approximately 30 minutes.
