Visibility on the Princes Highway has been affected and subsequently traffic is experiencing heavy delays in the area. Updated, 4/05/10: 4.46pm. Dandenong Bypass also closed between Frankston-Dandenong Road and the South Gippsland Highway. The South Gippsland Highway is still closed between the Dandenong Bypass and Greens Road. The Country Fire Authority and Police are on site directing traffic. Visibility on the Princes Highway has been affected and subsequently traffic is experiencing very heavy delays in the area. VicRoads engineers are adjusting traffic signals to assist with congestion.
