A truck has rolled near Castella Quarries (around Wattle Court) blocking one lane.
Traffic is being diverted via Gordons Bridge Road and Healesville-Kinglake Road.
The speed limit has been reduced to 40km/h on the approach to the scene.
VicRoads advises drivers to allow extra time if travelling through this area.
