Three right-hand lanes blocked outbound after Williamstown Road due to a crash.
Emergency services are on site.
VicRoads Incident Response Service are on the way to the scene.
Only one lane of traffic is getting past the incident.

The Williamstown Road entry ramp to the West Gate Freeway outbound is also closed.

VicRoads advises drivers travelling through the Alpine areas that many roads are closed or affected by snow or ice over the road.
The following roads have been closed for the snow season:
*Bogong High Plains Road - Falls Creek to Omeo Highway.
*Dargo High Plains Road, Hotham Heights.
*Donna Buang Road, between Pantons Gap and the Summit.
