VicRoads Incident Response are on the way to the scene.

UPDATE, 7.13am: Boom gates are stuck down at the level crossing near the Monash Freeway affecting traffic in both directions and traffic exiting the Monash Freeway at Toorak Road
Monash Freeway left-hand turn exit ramp blocked.
Emergency services are on the scene.
Traffic travelling westbound along Toorak Road is being diverted onto the Monash Freeway inbound.
Traffic travelling eastbound along Toorak Road is being turned back to travel westbound before the level crossing.
