UPDATE, 8.19am: Police have closed the right-hand turn lane into Sunshine Avenue from the Western Ring Road Greensborough-bound exit ramp
The damaged vehicle is still in the middle of the intersection waiting on a tow truck, affecting southbound traffic and right-hand turn lanes on Sunshine Avenue northbound onto the Western Ring Road Greensborough-bound.
VicRoads Incident Response Service and police are on site.
