UPDATE: left-hand lane blocked outbound and speed limit reduced to 40 km/h before Burke Road due to a crash. Emergency services are on site. VicRoads advises drivers are experiencing heavy delays approaching the scene but there are no delays after the Tooronga Road overpass.
