UPDATE, 9.20am: One left-hand lane closed inbound at the Farm Road Road Bridge due to a truck colliding with the bridge earlier this morning. Two right-hand lanes are now open to traffic. VicRoads Incident Response Service and police are still on site. VicRoads advises drivers to expect very heavy delays and to allow extra time to complete your journey. Drivers should obey all road closure signs for their own safety and the safety of others. Flash flooding can be often be sudden and severe, resulting in dangerous driving conditions. When visibility is reduced by darkness or rain it is especially important to reduce speed and use turn headlights on.
