UPDATE, 11.59am: Police have closed the Springvale Road inbound entry ramp, EastLink also closed at Springvale Road while the truck is righted.
Emergency Services are on site.

UPDATE, 11.24am: Two right-hand lanes blocked inbound near Springvale Road due to a multiple vehicle crash
Police have opened up one left-hand lane, so traffic is able to pass the scene via the left-hand merge lane from the entry ramp and the left-hand lane.
Emergency Services are on site.
VicRoads Incident Response Service are on the way to the scene.
VicRoads advises drivers to expect heavy delays on Springvale Road accessing the Freeway.

Inbound traffic is being diverted at Springvale Road.

The overpass at the Princes Freeway West has been closed again due to structural damage discovered yesterday.
The overpass has been closed until VicRoads Bridge Engineers inspect the damage to the site.
Traffic controllers will be on site directing vehicles away from the area, the closure will effect local traffic only.
No affect on traffic on the Princes Freeway.
All traffic is being diverted onto the Freeway via Beach Road.
VicRoads advises drivers to take care through the area.
