UPDATE, 6.37pm: Traffic is now using the right-hand lane and the right-hand emergency lane to pass the scene Altona-bound at the Princes Freeway after the earlier crash
Police have closed the left-hand emergency lane and the two lanes so the tow truck can access the vehicle in the embankment
