Two right-hand turning lanes blocked on the Bulleen Road inbound exit ramp due to a minor car fire.
VicRoads Incident Response Service and MFB are on site.
Traffic is heavy on the approach to the exit ramp.

Both vehicles have moved to the right-hand emergency lane, but debris is scattered across the right-hand running lane.
