UPDATE, 10.39am: One right-hand turning lane now open on the Bulleen Road inbound exit ramp after the minor a minor car fire.
One right-hand turn lane is still blocked.
VicRoads Incident Response Service and MFB are still on site.
Traffic is easing on the approach to the exit ramp.

Right-hand lane partly blocked near Doncaster Road due to a crash involving a car and bus.
Both vehicles have moved to the right-hand emergency lane, but debris is scattered across the right-hand running lane.
