Multiple lanes blocked inbound at the Belford Road overpass (before the Chandler Highway) due to a crash.
Traffic is able to pass the scene using the right-hand emergency lane as debris is scattered across all lanes.
VicRoads Incident Response Service and Emergency Services are on site.

UPDATE, 9.05am: Two right-hand lanes open inbound at the Belford Road overpass (before the Chandler Highway) after the earlier crash.
Two left-hand lanes are still closed.
VicRoads Incident Response Service and Emergency Services are on site clearing debris.
VicRoads advises drivers to expect heavy delays starting around Bulleen Road.
