UPDATE 26/08/10 4.31pm - Road still closed between King Street and Maude Street due to flooding from the Happy Valley Creek.
Northbound traffic is currently being detoured via Lewis Avenue and southbound traffic via the Great Alpine Road.
Surrounding roads may be slippery and drivers should slow down, drive according to the conditions and leave a greater distance between their own car and the one in front.

Left-hand lane blocked outbound through the Mullum Mullum Tunnel due to a mud spill.
EastLink workers are currently in the tunnel cleaning the mud from the road surface.
Traffic is heavy from Springvale Road on the Eastern Freeway through to the closure and is building quickly.

Traffic is still slow from Blackburn Road on the Eastern Freeway outbound but is improving quickly now with all lanes open.
