Left-hand lane blocked outbound through the Mullum Mullum Tunnel due to a mud spill.
EastLink workers are currently in the tunnel cleaning the mud from the road surface.
Traffic is heavy from Springvale Road on the Eastern Freeway through to the closure and is building quickly.

All lanes open outbound through the Mullum Mullum Tunnel after the earlier mud spill
Traffic is still slow from Blackburn Road on the Eastern Freeway outbound but is improving quickly now with all lanes open.
