UPDATE 19/08/10, 5.40pm: Cobden Lavers-Hill Road still closed in both directions between Sand Pit Road and Lavers Hill to to land slips caused by severe weather
VicRoads Crews will continue to monitor the safety of area.
Drivers should plan their journey in advance and use alternative routes.

UPDATE, 17/08/10, 6.15pm :Road now open, with traffic restrictions after yesterdays land slip near Murchisons Road or Charleys Creek (4 km from Ferguson).
Traffic in both directions has been reduced to one lane, operating via portable traffic signals.
The speed limit has been reduced to 40km/h.
VicRoads advises drivers allow extra time if travelling through this area.
