Lanes Blocked Westbound - Vehicle Collision
Cemetry Road East / Princes Street is closed in both directions between Rathdowne Street and Swanston Street, due to a collision. All emergency services attending. Drivers being diverted onto Lygon Street citybound to then use Elgin Street and College Crescent. Lygon Street has been closed to traffic through the intersection in both directions. Power lines and tram overhead lines are down in the intersection.
