Bulla Road exit ramp closed eastbound (inbound) at English Street due to an oil spill
CityLink are on site.
Additional soaker is required for the spill as it has now spread across several lanes.
Drivers will need to use alternative routes until the ramp is reopened. CityLink and VicRoads thank drivers for their patience.

The left-hand lane is still blocked with the mechanic arriving on site attempting to repair the broken down truck
