UPDATE:, 11.30am Police have closed outbound traffic on Victoria Street at Hoddle Street.
Traffic still blocked on Victoria Street in both directions at Church Street due to an incident involving a truck
Police are on site directing traffic
VicRoads Incident Response Service are on site assisting Police with traffic management
VicRoads advises drivers to expect heavy delays and to seek an alternate route if possible

Alexandra Avenue
Olympic Boulevard
Swan Street
Police are also directing traffic at the intersection of Olympic Boulevard/Swan Street Bridge/Batman Avenue.
The event will be on until the afternoon of Monday 5 July.
