lanes closed eastbound - Emergency Works
Both eastbound lanes closed near Begg Street for emergency works to repair a burst watermain. Both directions down to one lane and using the westbound carriageway. Traffic management is on-site. Consider using South or North roads as an alternative. Works to be completed by 3.30pm.
