Vehicles travelling citybound on Napier Street are being diverted left into Whitehall Street and back onto Footscray Road via the Service Station. Vehicles travelling southbound on Whitehall Street are being diverted onto Footscray Road eastbound. Vehicles travelling outbound on Footscray Road are being diverted onto Whitehall Street southbound. VicRoads Incident Response Service are on site assisting with traffic management.
