Temporary safety barriers near Stud Rd that were knocked over earlier have been put back up. Left lane will remain closed outbound through peak while the barriers are secured. The outbound ramp from Stud Rd to Monash Fwy also remains closed.
Traffic is heavy through the area. Expect delays.

Right lane closed outbound after Stud Rd, due to a breakdown. Crews are on site and working to clear the scene. Delays building and pushing back to before Wellington Rd.
