UPDATE, 8.08am: Road still closed between Nowa Nowa and Orbost due to a fire.
Detours:
Nowa Nowa to Orbost via Buchan using Buchan-Orbost Road.
LOCAL ROAD:
Buchan-Orbost Road - Partially open and being used as detour under escort one way at a time (expect delays of up to two hours).
VicRoads advises drivers to avoid the area and use an alternative route.
