Road closed between King Street and Maude Street due to flooding from the Happy Valley Creek. Northbound traffic is currently being detoured via Lewis Avenue and southbound traffic via the Great Alpine Road. Surrounding roads may be slippery and drivers should slow down, drive according to the conditions and leave a greater distance between their own car and the one in front. UPDATE 27/08/10 10.28am - Road now open (to all traffic excluding buses) between King Street and Maude Street after yesterday's flooding from the Happy Valley Creek All diversions have been removed.  Buses will need to use alternative routes until further notice.
