All lanes temporarily blocked northbound and one lane blocked southbound at Alexandra Parade due to a multiple vehicle crash.
VicRoads Incident Response Service are on the way to site. Emergency Services are on site.
Traffic is very heavy on approach to the crash in both directions and is building quickly. Police are on site diverting northbound traffic through the service lane and local roads.
Drivers should allow extra time if travelling this route.

Updated 1.22pm: Left-hand lane blocked southbound at Johnston Street after an earlier factory fire.
VicRoads Incident Response Service, Police and Emergency Services are on site. Melbourne Fire Brigade have left the site as the fire has been extinguished.
Traffic is still heavy from before the Eastern Freeway through to Johnston Street.
