Nicholson Street, Fitzroy - Road closed northbound between Faraday Street and Johnston Street due to emergency water works.
One lane is also blocked westbound on Johnston Street between Brunswick Street and Nicholson Street.
VicRoads advises drivers to use Hoddle Street or Royal Parade as an alternative route.
