Road Closed - Vehicle Collision
An earlier truck fire has closed the Western Hwy in both directions between Stawell and Ararat. The alternative route is Pomonal Rd and Ararat-Halls Gap Rd through Pomonal and Moyston.
Crews are on scene to transfer its load to a different truck and make the road surface safe again.
Allow an extra 20 minutes for the diversion through Pomonal.
