Two left-hand lanes blocked outbound on the up slope of the West Gate Bridge due to a collision.VicRoads Incident Response Service and emergency services are on site.Traffic is heavy on approach from the Bolte Bridge.Drivers travelling through the area are advised to allow extra time and observe the overhead signs.
