Vehicle Collision
UPDATE: Two lanes closed outbound near Winton Road due to a collision. Traffic heavy on approach from the Burnley Tunnel. The left-hand lane through the Burnley Tunnel has been closed as a result. VicRoads Incident Response Service and emergency services are on site. Drivers travelling through the area should allow extra time.

Emergency Works
Traffic has been reduced to one lane in each direction near Kangaroo Road due to a burst water main. The speed limit has been reduced to 40km/h. Alternate routes for traffic are Warrigal Road and Grange Road. Heavy delays are expected through the area. Works are expected be completed later this afternoon.
