Flooding around the railway underpass, has blocked all eastbound (inbound) traffic, westbound (outbound) traffic is also partly blocked. There is no northbound right-hand turn into Dudley Street. Traffic is being diverted to Wurundjeri Way. Police and VicRoads are on site.
