Footscray Road, West Melbourne - Right-hand lane closed inbound between Sims Street and Dock Link Road due to emergency water works.
The speed limit has been reduced to 40km/h through the area.
Works are expected to continue until approximately 9.00am.

The following entry ramps are also closed - Tramway Road, Monash Way, Miners Way, Strzelecki Highway.
