UPDATE, 9.39am: Two left-hand lanes blocked through the tunnel and Eastern Freeway closed from Springvale Road outbound
EastLink, Emergency services and VicRoads are on the scene
All traffic travelling outbound on the Eastern Freeway is being diverted at Springvale Road.
Traffic can turn right at Springvale Road, then left along the Maroondah Highway and re-enter EastLink at the Maroondah Highway entry ramp.
