UPDATE, 1.36pm: Heavy vehicle diversion in place after an earlier crash 8km north of Noorat near McCray Road.
Diversions for heavy vehicles:
Northbound via Noorat - Framingham Road and McCrae Road.
Southbound via Darlington - Terang Road.
Smaller vehicles are currently able to pass the scene via an open lane.
