Three lanes blocked outbound near Moreland Road due to a crash involving a motorcycle.
Vehicles are currently able to pass the scene using the left-hand lane and the right-hand emergency lane.

UPDATE, 5.28pm: Only one lane is able to pass the scene via the left-hand lane outbound near Moreland Road due to a crash involving a motorcycle
CityLink are on site and have now closed the right-hand inbound emergency lane
Emergency Services are on site. Other emergency vehicles are also in the right-hand inbound emergency lane.
VicRoads advises drivers to expect heavy delays from Dynon Road to the scene.
