Eastbound traffic blocked due to a crash near Cramer Street.
One lane open westbound.
Police are on site diverting eastbound traffic via Sussex Street
VicRoads Incident Response Service are on site assisting Police with traffic management.
VicRoads advises drivers to expect heavy delays and to allow extra time if travelling through this area.

UPDATE, 4.03pm: Both lanes open westbound, eastbound traffic still blocked between Sussex Street and Davis Street after an earlier crash near Cramer Street.
Police still are on site diverting eastbound traffic via Sussex Street.
VicRoads advises drivers to expect heavy delays with traffic queuing from the Tullamarine Freeway.
