VicRoads advises that due to the recent weather conditions experienced in Victoria, the Barwon River is expected to reach minor flood levels at approximately 12.00am tonight.
Breakwater Road is affected with minor flooding along Barrabool Road at the McIntyre Bridge.
Breakwater Road has water over road at places along causeway, is closed at the Barwon Heads Road intersection (detouring traffic to the Princes Highway West toward the city centre) and at the Tucker Street intersection (detouring traffic to Leather Street then back to the Boundary Road/Fellmongers Road intersection).
