Second left-hand lane blocked inbound on the up-slope after Williamstown Road due to a car vs. car crash.
VicRoads Incident Response Service are on the way to site.
Traffic is heavy on approach to the crash.

Traffic Alert
Traffic is still experiencing heavy delays inbound from Bell Street through to the Burnley Tunnel.
Drivers are experiencing heavy delays as a result of two earlier incidents on the West Gate Freeway (eastbound, before the Power Street exit ramp) and one earlier incident near Moreland Road (inbound) on the Tullamarine Freeway.
In addition, the left-hand lane in the Burnley Tunnel is currently closed due to debris in the running lane. CityLink are on site clearing the debris and the lane will be reopened as soon as possible.
