Two right-hand lanes closed Altona-bound on the E J Whitten Bridge due to emergency roadworks.
VicRoads are providing cover for workers undertaking minor repairs on the bridge.
The speed limit of the remaining open lanes has been reduced to 70km/h on approach to the works, and 50km/h through the works.
