Left-hand lane blocked inbound just after Mount Dandenong Road due to emergency water works.

Yarra Valley Water are on site repairing a burst water main.

The works are expected to continue until approximately 3.00pm.

The speed limit of the remaining open lanes has been reduced to 40km/h.
